Once inside the castle perimeter, head to the highest point. That is the roof directly above where the Bombmaker usually patrols. Climbing Tsuki Castle feels like scaling a concrete wedding cake: the final tier is where the frosting should be, but instead you get an IR Beacon’s new home. Walk to the marked spot and plant the beacon. The mission completes the moment it is down, unlocking Tier 2 of the White Lotus faction.
